Anchor Recovery Community Center is a safe, positive, substance-free place for people in recovery and their families. Peer supporters—people with lived experience in recovery—are at Anchor to help you navigate treatment and a full calendar of meetings, social activities and workshops make it your source for recovery resources.

Main Location
Anchor’s main location is the center of activity for the recovery community, where peers help others build a strong foundation for recovery with support groups, social activities and connections to community supports for housing, education, wellness and employment.
As a partnership with the Kent County YMCA, this Anchor location focuses on health and wellness through individualized, one-on-one support with the Y’s health navigators and Anchor’s recovery coaches. This combination of services recognizes wellness, exercise, nutrition and community as an important elements in one’s recovery journey.
